BOXXER, a world-class boxing promotional company, has formed a new partnership with Betfred, one of the United Kingdom’s largest operators. As a trusted and respected brand, Betfred will be a valuable entry in BOXXER’s list of operator partners.
BOXXER, which was founded in 2018 by Ben Shalom, a prominent entrepreneur from Manchester, has been going from strength to strength ever since its launch. As mentioned, the company is now one of the world’s leading boxing promotions.
Under the new deal, Betfred’s brand will be integrated into all of BOXXER’s world-class boxing events. The operator’s brand will feature across the center ring, ropes, corners and toblerones and will also receive further exposure during live broadcasts and on LED signage.
Closely contested fights on each BOXXER show will be co-presented as the Betfred Fight of the Night.
Betfred will also feature on pre-promotional activity ahead of BOXXER events, including across all digital assets and physical collateral at press conferences, open workouts and weigh-ins, the latter company announced. Additionally, the two parties will participate in joint activations that will further amplify the partnership.
BOXXER concluded that the partnership will commence with the upcoming event on October 19 when Adam Azim will face off against Ohara Davies. The clash will take place at the Copper Box Arena in London and will be broadcast on Sky Sports.
Betfred Is Passionate about Boxing
Ben Shalom, BOXXER’s founder and chief executive officer, commented on the matter, welcoming Betfred as his company’s new partner. He lauded the operator as a respected household name that was born out of Greater Manchester, just like BOXXER. Because of that, Shalom said, the two companies have evident synergies.
We look forward to a long and fruitful partnership with Betfred, commencing with a fantastic night of boxing this Saturday at the Copper Box, headlined by one of world boxing’s forthcoming superstars in Adam Azim.
