Caesars Entertainment has rolled out the Horseshoe Online Casino in New Jersey. This November 20 launch brings the brand to its fifth market in less than two months. The platform now joins Caesars’ existing digital offerings across North America, which include Michigan, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ontario.
Matt Sunderland Discusses Horseshoe’s New Jersey Launch
The Horseshoe brand has deep roots in Las Vegas dating back to 1951. Matt Sunderland, who heads Caesars Digital as senior vice president, said this launch fits with their plan to use multiple brands. They want to bring their famous casino brands to life online. Sunderland stressed that the platform tries to copy the real Horseshoe casino feel. This includes games that cannot be found anywhere else and new features.
The New Jersey launch cements Horseshoe’s position as an additional platform in Caesars’ lineup, which also features Caesars Palace Online Casino, Tropicana Online Casino, and Harrah’s Online Casino. While the main Caesars app holds a more notable spot in the market, Horseshoe aims to serve a specific group of smart gamblers who appreciate high-stakes games exclusive tables, and branded content.
Horseshoe Online Casino Launches with Immersive Virtual Experience and Unique Game Offerings
The Horseshoe Online Casino platform creates a virtual casino atmosphere, with an interface showcasing the brand’s gold horseshoe logo and a layout mimicking an actual casino floor. It provides a wide range of games, including unique titles such as Horseshoe Rising Rewards, Horseshoe 3 Coin Cowboy, and Horseshoe Slick Riches LuckyTap created in partnership with top gaming companies like Games Global, Bragg Gaming, and Design Works Gaming. Players can also enjoy a variety of progressive jackpots unique table games, and high-stakes slots.
Caesars is pushing hard to grow its online gaming business adding New Jersey to its market presence. The company launched its platform in Michigan back in October taking over from WynnBET after buying it out. So far, things look good – Michigan’s online gaming companies set a new record in October raking in almost $221 million.
Ontario’s market is booming too. In the second quarter of 2024, people bet a total of $12 billion, and gaming revenue shot up 35% compared to the year before. These numbers show that more and more people want to play games online, which means Horseshoe could do well as it keeps rolling out its platform.
