Charity Series Of Poker Will Chip In For Autism On Nov. 10

The Charity Series of Poker will be in Las Vegas, Nevada once again, and this time the festivities will take place on Nov. 10 with the Chip In For Autism event that will benefit both the Families for Effective Autism Treatment, Inc. (FEAT) and Sunshine Nevada Camps. The tournament will be hosted at WorldView at World Market Center.

There will be a cocktail hour that kicks off the evening at 4:30 pm, and that is also when the silent auction will begin. Anyone is welcome to attend the cocktail hour and silent auction for $100 without participating in the tournament. Attire for the evening is business casual.

After that comes the main event of the night, the charity poker tournament. The turbo-structured event begins at 6:00 PM, and features $5,000 in cash and $9,000 in donated prizes in the prize pool. The $300 buy-in tournament also includes unlimited $75 re-buys and add-ons (10,000 chips per re-buy, and 20,000 chips per add-on) until registration closes. There will also be plenty of other final table and silent auction prizes up for grabs as well.

Established in 2014, the Charity Series of Poker is a nonprofit company founded to organize and promote charity poker tournaments and other events that raise money and awareness for worthy charities and causes. Poker professional Matt Stout is the founder and president of the CSOP. This upcoming event will be the 75th stop for the series as it continues a strong lineup of events spanning many years.

Regarding this upcoming event, the CSOP website offered the following additional info:

“Both organizations are dedicated to enriching the lives of children and young adults with autism. Sunshine Nevada offers free summer camps—Camp I Am, Camp TLC, and Camp Shine—for ages 6-25, creating joyful experiences filled with singing, dancing, and social connections for over 20 years. FEAT, established in 1994, empowers families by advocating for early diagnosis and appropriate services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in Southern Nevada. Together, these organizations work towards a brighter, more inclusive future for individuals with autism and their families.”
