Wynn Boosts Investor Relations Team with New VP & SVP

Casino and hospitality juggernaut Wynn Resorts has expanded its investor relations team with two new appointments. The new hires will be tasked with overseeing the company’s investor relations strategy as Wynn seeks to further grow its business.

Wynn Enhances Its IR Team with New Appointments

The two additions to Wynn’s IR team are Price Karr and Lauren Seiler who will be serving as senior vice president of investor relations and vice president of investor relations respectively.

Since March 2023, Karr has served Wynn Resorts as its SVP of corporate finance and treasurer. In these positions, he was tasked with overseeing the global operator’s corporate finance, capital markets and treasury functions. He will serve as SVP of investor relations in addition to his existing functions.

His track record includes stints with other companies, including Goldman Sachs, where he served as VP of the Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging investment banking team, and Deutsche Bank, where he served in the same capacity.

Just like Karr, Seiler boasts years of experience in the global casino gaming sector. She has previously held investor relation roles at other companies and, on top of that, is well-versed in business development, strategic planning, capital allocation and mergers.

Seiler is also the founder and CEO of Global Gaming Advisors, a gaming and hospitality consultancy. She has worked for the likes of Rush Street Interactive and Four Wood Capital Partners.

In her new position, Seiler will respond directly to Karr and the two will work closely with Wynn’s investors amid the company’s growth initiatives.

Wynn Resorts’ CFO Welcomed the New Additions

Julie Cameron-Doe, Wynn Resorts’ chief financial officer, welcomed the new appointees on board, praising their robust expertise.

Cameron-Doe said that she is pleased that Karr has agreed to take on additional responsibilities. She described him as someone who has proven himself “to be adept at communicating Wynn Resorts’ strategy and compelling opportunities to our investor base.”

In the meantime, the CFO welcomed Seiler on board, saying that she would be “an excellent complement to Price.”

Lauren will be an excellent complement to Price, bringing deep industry knowledge, fresh perspectives and a track record of enhancing relationships with the investment community through clear, consistent and transparent communications.
